Stadsgehoorzaal: A unique venue
The Stadsgehoorzaal is the biggest monumental concert hall in the old city of Leiden. It is situated in the vibrant city center of Leiden, within walking distance of the central train station.
The Stadsgehoorzaal has a long and rich history. The current building stems from 1891, after the original Stadsgehoorzaal was destroyed by a large fire. It is an impressive example of neo-renaissance architecture, which is difficult to find in the Netherlands these days. The Stadsgehoorzaal is the ideal place to host this SIPS conference due to its history, uniqueness, beautiful architecture, nice atmosphere and convenient location. We will be delighted to welcome you in April 2017 to this unique venue.
The Stadsgehoorzaal is situated at Breestraat 60, 2311 CS Leiden, the Netherlands.
